Episode 03: Faroe Islands

Like the Vikings, Arne, Frida and Stig travel to the old Norse settlement, the Faroe Islands. In today’s episode they investigate the culinary hotspots on the islands. They meet singers and a well-known painter in Klaksvik, and in the capital Thorshavn Frida prepares an interesting dish with local seaweed. To top it off, Stig makes a famous drink – shaken not stirred, on the very edge of the North Sea.
