Episode 09: The Lofoten Islands

The Lofted Islands are spectacular, and this time around Arne loved the idea to open the episode from a mountain top. The main ingredient on today’s menu is Arctic kelp and Frida is excited. She brings Arne to gather the sea vegetables together with Angelita who made this into a business.
