In the premiere episode, our hosts take us to Hardanger in Western Norway, the land of apples and cider. They go hiking to Norway’s most spectacular rock formation, the famous Troll Tongue, known as Trolltunga in Norwegian. This breathtaking rock formation stands as Norway's most awe-inspiring natural wonder. Along the trip they enjoy the hospitality this part of the country can offer.

OLA K- CIDER RESTAURANT

The ciderhouse Ola K is a new restaurant in the village of NÅ in an old refurbished general store. This is where the daily boat route came with supplies and left with apples and some bottles of cider.

Today it is a place for lovely food and a wide selection of cider from all the producers in the area. A cider paradise in other words.

KVESTAD CIDERFARM

Kvestad is a traditional family owned ciderfarm where you can visit, taste and buy the products made here in the Hardangerfjord. They have many types of cider and apple juice and  a warm and cosy atmosphere.
