This has turned into be one of the hottest destinations for foodies around the world. The star chef Halvar Ellingsen move from the hustle and bustle of fine dining in Oslo to create a place of his own. Here her cooks with the true heritage from his ancestors and very local produce. It is either grown on the farm or harvested in the vicinity.

The Costal Express Museum

It is among few maritime museum with an actual vessel inside. The story about this important route along the coast can be learned by visiting the ship Finnmarken built in 1956. It is fully restored and the grandeur of travels along the coast will surprise the most experienced travellers as they walk around the ship.
