In this episode, Arne leads the team to Etne and Vindafjord in Western Norway. Stig crafts a dry martini in an art studio, while Arne embarks on a hike to a cliff formation. Meanwhile, Frida prepares for her cooking, and both Arne and Frida surprise in Viking attire. Frida prepares a traditional Norwegian dish infused with distinctly Asian-Japanese flavors.

Jan Terje- artist and jack of all trades
Jan Terje Rafdal and his gallery in the centre of Etne is a good place to start a tour of this historic and beautiful part of Western Norway. Jan Terje is a renown painter, but also a local archaeologist and mountain expert. He can point you in the direction of the. mighty Hårlandsnepane, their version of Mount Rushmore, carved out by trolls, they claim.
Unni Maries – a truly exotic shop
At Unni Marie the product range consists mainly of products decorated with traditional rosemaling. In addition, you will find various wooden articles, ceramics, jewellery, souvenirs, trolls, post boxes, coffee, tea and much more.
