Varanger Brygge
Bugøynes is a special place in Finnmark. It was inhabitated by Finnish immigrants and is still known as Pikko Suomi (Little Finland). The people here are decendants from the first Finns who came. Varanger Brygge has taken over and renovated several of the old wooden houses and made accommodation an experience in this little community. In addition they have made Bugøynes into a place where the culinary treats of the region are explored and served by dedicated chefs. You can join in one of their many culinary events or a cooking class. Probably the northern most in the world.
